Pelin Ersoy

Pelin Ersoy is a Senior Associate at ATG Law Firm. Ersoy focuses on intellectual property, supporting clients to protect, enforce and commercialize their rights in Turkey. She concentrates on assisting clients to develop and implement strategies for trademarks, geographic indicators and copyrights, as well as clients dealing with contractual breaches and unfair competition.

Pelin regularly assists foreign clients to plan and carry out market clean-up projects in Turkey, including criminal lawsuits which lead to raids and seizures of counterfeit goods. She is helping many brands, on both sides of high-stakes intellectual property conflicts.

Pelin helps to manage multiple global trademark portfolios, supporting clients to develop customized strategies which are tailored to protect each client’s intellectual property in Turkey.

Pelin Ersoy is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law and holds a LLM Degree in Economy Law from Istanbul Bilgi University. Pelin has proficiency both in English and French.
